Abierto Studios AB - Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Abierto Studios AB. These terms and conditions govern the use of our services and products. By entering into a business relationship with Abierto Studios AB, you agree to the following terms.

3. Services and Products

Abierto Studios AB provides B2B services in LED-neon signs and other signage solutions. All services and products are delivered according to agreements between the parties. Note that each sign is custom-made.

4. Orders and Agreements

By entering into an agreement with Abierto Studios AB, the customer confirms their authority to represent the specified company. Orders and agreements are considered binding and subject to these terms. As each sign is custom-made, orders cannot be canceled once placed.
 

Orders made in another person's name, as well as other document forgeries, will be reported to the authorities. Abierto Studios AB reserves the right to change prices and correct inaccurate prices on all orders. If a price is incorrect, Abierto Studios AB has the right to void the purchase and refund the customer's money in the simplest possible manner. This action can be taken at any time.

5. Payment and Invoicing

We issue an invoice after the product is delivered to the customer. Payment terms are 10 days. For new customers, a credit check will be conducted. If the credit check does not meet our requirements, we may request advance payment.
 

Prices and payment terms are specified in each individual agreement or invoice. Payments are to be made according to the agreed terms. In the case of delayed payment, late fees and reminder charges may apply.

6. Liability and Warranty

Abierto Studios AB strives to deliver services and products in LED-neon signs and other signage solutions of the highest quality. However, we disclaim responsibility for any losses or damages resulting from circumstances beyond our control.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties commit to treating confidential information with the utmost care. Information may not be shared with third parties without written consent from the other party.

8. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

The right of withdrawal does NOT apply to our products, as all our products are custom-made.

9. Delivery

We ship our packages with DHL unless otherwise specified. From the moment DHL receives the product, we are not responsible for delays in package delivery or similar issues.

 

10. Taxes

Please note that all orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to local customs/VAT charges. These charges are payable when the product is handed over from the courier to you as a private individual. Abierto Studios AB has no control over these charges, as they vary between countries and are regulated locally. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.

11. Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution

These terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall be primarily resolved through negotiations between the parties.

Abierto Studios AB reserves the right to change these terms. Customers will be informed of any changes, and continued use of services and products is considered acceptance of the updated terms.
